Is Your Winter Recreational Playground Too!
Once the snow starts to fall, EGL is transformed into the Eastman Cross Country Center, offering 36K of groomed trails for skiing and snowshoeing, a skating pond, sledding hill, and a full selection of ski and snowshoe rentals.
We have a trail for every ability level. Ski and snowshoe on beginner-level trails  on the golf course—you’ll recognize greens and bunkers even in the snow—or head into the woods to ski along a babbling brook. Keep your eyes open for animal tracks and wildlife. The mountain views on the golf course are as beautiful in winter as they are in summer, and scenic areas of our backcountry trails promise to create a memorable experience.
The skating pond is located behind The Center and is complete with a warming hut, and the sledding hill is on the 9th fairway and is groomed to make it an exciting downhill run. Thaw out inside with a steamy cup of hot chocolate or a bowl of freshly made soup on the weekdays. On weekends, enjoy a hearty lunch at Bistro Nouveau, a full-service restaurant within The Center.
