MEMBERSHIP IN 2012 FOR 'ECA PROPERTY OWNERS' (pdf application form above)

 We are pleased to offer the following membership levels.

• GOLF MEMBERSHIP – For an initial payment of only $99, you can play any number of rounds at the rate of $35 for 18 holes and $20 for 9 holes—a savings of $14 and $10 off regular greens fees.

• UNLIMITED GOLF MEMBERSHIP – Play all the great golf you possibly can for $1,200. With 31 weeks of golf in the season, there’s plenty of opportunity! This level replaces full, weekday, and weekend individual memberships.

• FAMILY MEMBERSHIP – Fun for the whole family! A Family Membership at $2,300 includes a husband and wife (or domestic partners) and any number of dependent children up to the age of 23. All junior players under the age of 18 can play after 2 p.m. daily. Experienced junior players may play earlier with approval from the Golf Shop. Adult supervision may be required. This level replaces full, weekday, and weekend dual memberships.

• UNLIMITED GOLF MEMBERSHIP – Play all the great golf you possibly can for $1,500. With 31 weeks of golf in the season, there’s plenty of opportunity! This level replaces full, weekday, and weekend individual memberships.

  Offered again this season, a cart pass for unlimited cart use will be available for $650. This pass is per individual and must be paid in full with the membership dues. A 2-Person (within the family membership) is $1200.
  
  
  FOUR-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN
  
  

Memberships can be paid over a 4-month period. By March 31, 2012 one-fourth of membership is due, payable by check, and the remaining 3 payments will be billed on your ECA account for the months of April, May, and June. Commercial credit cards are not accepted for this payment plan.

However, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards may be used for full payment by March 31, 2012.

Please note that the driving range pass is included in the Universal Amenity Fee for ECA owners. Public golf members can use the driving range by the bucket or by a season pass. Also, the GHIN handicap service is no longer included in any golf memberships. A GHIN handicap is required if you plan to play in competitive events—$25 for golf members. $30.00 for non-members.

This isn't a commercial. Commercials are full of bloated claims, trick photography, and psychological warfare. This is a testimonial. Testimonials are from the heart!

Eastman Golf Links is a magical place. Let's start with the course itself. Beautifully manicured, this hilly yet very walk-able course has a number of breathtaking vistas from several elevated tees. Each hole is “on its own” with no interference from neighboring fairways. The New Hampshire Golf Association thought so highly of this track that it chose Eastman to host the 2010 NH Men's Amateur Championship. No matter what your handicap, Eastman will offer you many beautiful challenges, some obvious, some subtle, but all of them fair.

The Golf Shop, run by PGA Professional Mark Larrabee, is a well-stocked, friendly place where “everybody knows your name.” Do you like the feeling of being a regular? That's the feeling you'll get every time you interact with the golf staff.

And what about the membership? Well, you'd have a hard time finding a group of friendlier, more welcoming, more generous people than the members of Eastman Golf Links. They simply love their course and are willing to volunteer in a number of capacities to keep it the affordable gem that it is.

Speaking of affordable, there are no initiation or equity fees at Eastman. The annual membership is extremely reasonable. Anyone can join. You don't have to be an Eastman resident. Everyone is welcome.

Finally, let me add a personal note. I've played over a thousand rounds at Eastman. I looked forward to every one of them. “There's no place like home.”
